Friendly service from check in to check out but staff is not trained to serve international customers. Good hospitality with souvenirs for customers to take home, which was appreciated but was an extra burden to me for my travel.

Hotel seemed fairly good in terms of reviews but unresponsive and uncooperative. Quite ridiculous in fact. Wouldn't recommend travelling there.
